I bought some great ready-to-heat soup, Fajita Chicken & Toasted Corn Chowder by Signature Soups - picked it up at the deli of our grocery store. While it was GREAT soup for lunch (big chunky chicken, in a corn and rice spicy chowder, we had some left over. Hence this dish, which was fast, easy and delicious!
boneless chicken tenders
1 tsp oil
fajita chicken & toasted corn chowder soup
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the chicken and cook until browned and almost done. Add the soup and simmer until chicken cooked through. Serve with rice and a side salad or vegetable.
