A quick and simple dessert, just enough for two. It can be made with apples and cranberries for a change of taste. Top with whipped cream or ice cream to serve.
2 pears
2 Tbsp raisins
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp granola
3 tsp butter or margarine
Grease 2 small oven-proof baking dishes.
Mix the fruit & raisins with sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Put into dishes.
Crumble the granola and butter over the top (half on each pie).
Bake in oven, 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
